From there, take Triq San Paul and turn right onto Triq Sant'Agatha. Walk until you reach the end of the street, then turn left onto Triq Santa Maria. Follow this road as it winds down towards the outskirts of Mdina. You will then see signs directing you to Għarb. Follow the signs and continue walking until you reach the bus stop at the edge of Mdina. From here, you can catch a bus to Għarb, where Wied il-Mielaħ Window is located.
