Walking
From the Mdina Gate, head straight down St. Paul Street until you reach the main square. From there, take a left onto Villegaignon Street and follow it until you reach the end of the road. Continue straight onto Mdina Road (avoid the fork on the right) which will lead you towards Rabat. After a short walk, you will find a bus stop on your right labeled 'Rabat'. Take the bus to Xlendi, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Xlendi, walk straight down the main road towards the beach area.
Public Transport
From Mdina, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the entrance of Rabat, about a 10-minute walk from Mdina Gate. Board the bus heading to Xlendi. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Xlendi, you will need to walk a short distance to reach Xlendi Beach, following the signs towards the beach.
