Getting There

  • Walking

    From the entrance of Mdina, head towards the main gate (Mdina Gate). Once you exit Mdina, continue straight on the road until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Kbira. Turn left onto Triq il-Kbira and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Wardija. Continue along this road, which will lead you towards the coast. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will see signs for Xwejni Bay. Follow the signs until you arrive at the bay.

    From the center of Mdina, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Kbira. Take bus number 201 towards Marsalforn. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop for Xwejni Bay. From the bus stop, it is a short 5-minute walk to the bay. Just follow the signs pointing towards the beach.
