From the main gate of Mdina, proceed down Triq Villegaignon, heading towards the Rabat area. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq San Pawl. Turn left onto Triq San Pawl and walk until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq Sant Agata. Follow this road for about 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to Saint Agatha Catacombs on your right.

If you are near St. Paul's Cathedral, exit the cathedral and walk down Triq San Pawl, heading towards the Rabat area. After about 300 meters, you will reach a junction. Turn right onto Triq Sant Agata and continue for approximately 400 meters. The Saint Agatha Catacombs will be on your right. Look for the distinct entrance.
