From Mellieha Bay, start by heading south on Triq Il-Marfa. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq Il-Korp Tal-Pijunieri. Stay on this road until you reach the junction with Triq Il-Hamrija. Turn right onto Triq Il-Hamrija and keep following it until it becomes Triq Il-Wied. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq Il-Labour. Turn left onto Triq Il-Labour, and then take the first right onto Archbishop Saver Cassar Street. Ta' Kenuna Botanical Garden will be on your right.

From Mellieha Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop at Marfa. Take bus number 41 towards Valletta. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the stop at Nadur. Once you get off, walk towards Archbishop Saver Cassar Street, and Ta' Kenuna Botanical Garden will be a short walk ahead on your right.
