From the main bus terminal in Mellieha, take bus number 41 or 42 towards Bugibba. The bus will take you directly to St Paul's Bay. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Bugibba bus stop, you will be in the heart of the area, and from here, you can easily walk to the waterfront and explore St Paul's Bay.

If you prefer to walk and enjoy the scenery, you can head towards the coast from the center of Mellieha. Start by walking down Triq il-Kullegg, which will lead you to the coast.
