Bus
From any point in Mellieha, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is likely to be at the Mellieha Parish Church or the Mellieha Bay area. Take bus number 42 or 45 towards Valletta. After approximately 15-20 minutes, disembark at the 'Salina' bus stop. From there, walk a short distance along Salina Coast Road, and you will see the entrance to the Salina Nature Reserve on your left.

If you are near the Mellieha Bay area, you can walk to the Salina Nature Reserve. Head south along the coast towards the Salina area, taking the coastal path. Follow the road signs directing you towards Salina. The walk should take around 30-40 minutes and will offer scenic views along the coastline.
