To reach Fort Campbell from the center of Mellieha, start at the Mellieha Bay area. Head north along the main road (Triq il-Qolla l-Bajda) towards the Mellieha Parish Church. Once you reach the church, continue straight on Triq il-Parsott towards the north. After approximately 500 meters, take a right onto Triq il-Kbira. Follow this road until you see signs for Fort Campbell. The fort is located near the coordinates X97R+G54, which should be visible along the way.

From Mellieha's main square, take the local bus route that heads towards Cirkewwa. Get off at the stop closest to Fort Campbell, which is X97R+G54. You may need to ask the driver to let you know when to get off, as the stop may not be directly at the fort but nearby. From the bus stop, follow the signs to Fort Campbell.
