From the center of Mellieha, head north on Triq Il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq Il-Madonna tal-Ghoti. Follow this road until you see a sign for Popeye Village on your left. Continue walking along the path, which will lead you towards the cliffs.
