If you are driving, head towards Triq Il-Papa Ġwanni Pawlu II in Victoria. From Mgarr ix-Xini, take the road leading back towards the main road (Triq Il-Ħaddiem). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq Il-Papa Ġwanni Pawlu II. Continue on this road, and you will find Independence Square on your right. There is parking available nearby but be mindful of local parking regulations.

To reach Independence Square using public transport, you can take bus number 311 from the nearest bus stop in Mgarr ix-Xini. Board the bus heading towards Victoria. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Victoria bus terminal, exit the bus and walk towards Triq Il-Papa Ġwanni Pawlu II. Independence Square is a short 5-minute walk from the terminal; just follow the signs for the city center.
