    Walking

    From the central area of Mgarr, start by heading east towards Triq il-Bajja. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop for Route 41, which will take you to Victoria. Wait for the bus and board it. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Victoria bus terminal, exit the bus and head towards the old city, following the signs for the Citadel. Walk up Triq il-Kanun, which will lead you directly to the entrance of the Citadel.

    If you are near the Mgarr Harbour, walk to the bus stop located outside the ferry terminal. Take Route 41 towards Victoria. The bus will take you directly to the city center of Victoria. Upon arrival at Victoria, follow the signs for the Citadel, which is a short walk uphill from the bus terminal. You will be walking along Triq il-Kanun to reach the Citadel entrance.
