Walking
From the center of Mgarr, head north towards the Mgarr Ferry Terminal. Walk straight along the main road (Triq Il-Munxar) for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the ferry terminal. Once there, continue straight along the road leading out of the terminal, which will curve left. After about 10 minutes, you will start to see signs for Xwejni Bay. Follow these signs, and you will arrive at Xwejni Bay in approximately 10 more minutes of walking.

From the main square in Mgarr, catch a bus towards Victoria (Rabat). The bus stop is located near the Mgarr Ferry Terminal. Board the bus and travel for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'Xwejni.' From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the bay. Follow the signs leading to Xwejni Bay, and you will reach your destination.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the center of Mgarr and head towards the Mgarr Ferry Terminal. Follow the main road (Triq Il-Munxar) for about 15 minutes until you reach the terminal. Continue on the same road, which will curve left after the terminal. Pedal for approximately 10 minutes, keeping an eye out for signs to Xwejni Bay.
