Car
From Mistra Bay, head southwest on the main road (Triq il-Mistra) towards the Coast Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Coast Road. Turn left onto Coast Road (Triq il-Kosta) and drive for approximately 3 km. The Mediterraneo Marine Park will be on your right. Look for the entrance sign; parking is available on-site but may incur a small fee.

From Mistra Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop. You can catch Bus 223 or 42 heading towards Naxxar. After about a 10-minute ride, alight at the 'Mediterraneo' bus stop. The park entrance is just a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the local bus schedules for exact times as they may vary, and be aware that a bus fare is required, usually around €1.50.

If you are staying very close to the park, you can walk from Mistra Bay to Mediterraneo Marine Park. Head southwest along the Coast Road (Triq il-Kosta) for about 2.5 km. The walk should take approximately 30-35 minutes. Follow the road signs to the park; the entrance will be clearly marked.
