Walking
From the center of Mqabba, head northeast on Triq il-Linja (Linja Street) towards Triq il-Limiti. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop at the junction with Triq Mdina. This is about a 10-minute walk. Once at the bus stop, take bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the stop for 'Mdina'. From there, walk towards Mdina Road, and Palazz Vilhena will be on your right side, just past the entrance of Mdina.
Bus
While in Mqabba, locate the nearest bus stop. Board bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, and disembark at the 'Mdina' bus stop. Walk down Mdina Road for a few minutes, and you will see Palazz Vilhena on your right side.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, follow the same path as walking. Start from the center of Mqabba and cycle northeast along Triq il-Linja towards Triq il-Limiti. Continue to the bus stop at the junction with Triq Mdina. Then, take the road leading to Mdina. It should take around 15 minutes of cycling to reach Palazz Vilhena, which will be on your right as you approach the entrance to Mdina.
