Walking
From the center of Mqabba, head south on Triq San Anton towards Triq il-Knisja. Continue straight until you reach the traffic intersection at Triq il-Labour. Cross the street and proceed along Triq il-Labour heading west. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq Il-Tempesta. Continue walking straight for approximately 20 minutes until you see Il-Maqluba on your right side, just past the intersection with Triq il-Maqluba. The site is well-marked and is a beautiful nature preserve.
Public Transport
Start at Mqabba bus stop near the church. Take bus number 119 towards Qrendi. Ride for about 10 minutes, getting off at the stop named 'Qrendi - Il-Qrendi'. Once you disembark, head north on Triq It-Tempesta. Walk straight for approximately 15 minutes until you reach Il-Maqluba, which will be on your left. Look for signage directing you to the nature preserve as you approach.
