To reach Cart Ruts Birguma using public transport, take bus number 41 or 42 from your nearest bus stop in Northern District. The buses will take you to Naxxar. Once you arrive at the Naxxar bus terminal, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to Triq Wied Filep. The site is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal.
