Take the bus from Northern District to Victoria (the capital of Gozo). Look for Bus Number 301 or 302, which will take you to Victoria. Once in Victoria, transfer to Bus Number 322 towards Dwejra. The bus will drop you off near Dwejra Bay. From there, it’s a short walk to the coast where you can access Fungus Rock. Be sure to check the bus schedules as they may vary, and a single journey typically costs around €2.
