If you're traveling by car, start from the main highway in the Northern Region. Head south on the E1 road towards Marsaxlokk. Continue straight until you reach the intersection for Marsaxlokk. Turn right at the junction onto Triq il-Kbira. Follow this road until you see directional signs for the Natural Pools. Keep an eye out for a small parking area near the pools, as parking is limited. There may be a small fee for parking, so have some change ready.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the bus number 81 or 85 from various points in the Northern Region towards Marsaxlokk. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on your starting location. Once you arrive at the Marsaxlokk bus terminal, disembark and head towards the coast. Follow the signs directing you to the Natural Pools, which are a short 15-minute walk from the terminal. Be prepared for some uneven terrain as you approach the pools.

If you are already in the Marsaxlokk area, you can walk to the Natural Pools. Start at the Marsaxlokk waterfront, and follow the coastal path heading southeast. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the rocky area where the Natural Pools are located. It is recommended to wear sturdy shoes, as the path can be rocky and uneven.
