Bus
From Paola, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq il-Kanun. Board the bus number 81 or 85 towards Sliema. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop 'Balluta.' Once you disembark, you will be just a short walk from Balluta Square. Head towards the direction of the sea, and you will see the square ahead of you.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start at the Paola Main Square. Head northwest on Triq il-Kanun and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Foss. Turn right and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Sant' Andrija. This road will take you through the residential area and towards the coast. Keep walking until you reach Balluta Square, which will be on your left.
Taxi
You can easily find a taxi in Paola. Simply flag one down or use a ride-hailing app. Inform the driver that you want to go to Balluta Square in St Julian's. The drive should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will be dropped off right at the square.
