Walking
From the center of Paola, head north on Triq il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Triq il-Wied. Follow this road until you reach the main road, then turn right onto Triq San Tumas. This road will lead you towards Valletta. Keep walking straight; you will cross the bridge. Once you enter Valletta, continue straight on Triq ir-Repubblika until you reach Republic Street. Knisja ta' Santa Barbara will be on your right at VGW6+R78, Republic St.

From Paola, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the Paola Square. Take the bus number 81 or 82 heading towards Valletta. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Valletta, get off at the 'Valletta Bus Station'. From there, walk along Triq ir-Repubblika, and then turn right onto Republic Street. Knisja ta' Santa Barbara is located at VGW6+R78, Republic St, just a short walk from the bus station.
