Walking
Start at Paola Square, which is a central point in Paola. From the square, head west on Triq il-Kbira. After about 400 meters, you will reach the junction with Triq l-Istazzjon. Turn left onto Triq l-Istazzjon and walk for approximately 200 meters until you reach the bus stop. From there, take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Once on the bus, enjoy the ride for about 15 minutes. Disembark at the Floriana bus stop near the entrance to the gardens. After exiting the bus, walk towards the entrance of the Upper Barracca Gardens. As you exit the gardens, head down the steps towards St Anne Street. You will see the Lion Fountain located on your left at the intersection with St Anne Street.
