Start at the Paola Bus Terminus. From the bus terminus, head northwest towards Triq il-Kbira. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq San Tumas. Continue on this road for about 15 minutes. You will pass by several shops and local cafes. Keep walking until you reach the entrance to the Valletta city gates. Once you are at the gates, walk through and continue straight. The Dom Mintoff Monument is located on the right side of the street along the unnamed road. It will be visible as you approach, and there are benches nearby for you to rest and take photos.
