Walking
Start your journey at the Paola Parish Church (Parroċċa San Ġakbu) located in the heart of Paola. From the church, head north on Triq il-Knisja towards Triq Ħal Qormi. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Triq il-Wied. Turn left onto Triq il-Wied and walk until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq il-Hamrija. Follow this road for about 15 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way, making it a pleasant stroll. After about 1 km, turn right onto Triq il-Mistra. Continue walking straight for approximately 500 meters until you arrive at Mistra Gate, which will be on your left.
Public Transport
From the main bus stop in Paola, take bus number 61 or 62 towards St. Paul's Bay. Make sure to check the schedule for the next bus. The journey will take about 25 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Triq il-Mistra. Once you disembark, walk along Triq il-Mistra for about 300 meters. Mistra Gate will be on your right. Ensure you have a bus ticket before boarding, which you can purchase at the bus station or from ticket machines.
