If you are driving from Popeye Village, head southeast on Triq il-Mithna towards Triq il-Knisja. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Luzzu. Follow this road for approximately 1 km, and you will arrive at Marsaxlokk. Look for signs pointing to the waterfront area where you can find Ballut ta' Marsaxlokk.

To reach Marsaxlokk by public transport from Popeye Village, walk to the nearest bus stop along Triq il-Knisja. Take Bus 81 or Bus 85 towards Valletta. Once you reach the Valletta bus terminal, transfer to Bus 81 towards Marsaxlokk. The ride should take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Marsaxlokk' stop, and from there, it is a short walk to the waterfront area where you can find Ballut ta' Marsaxlokk.
