From the Qawra Bus Terminal, take bus number 41 towards Valletta. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Attard' stop. From there, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Meridiana Wine Estate. Head south on Triq il-Kbira, then turn left onto Triq il-Buskett. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the estate.

If you are near the Qawra Promenade, start walking east along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Triq San Pawl. Turn right onto Triq San Pawl and continue walking until you reach the Qawra Bus Terminal. From there, take bus number 41 towards Valletta and follow the instructions for the bus route.
