Walking
From the main promenade in Qawra, head towards the bus stop at 'Qawra'. From there, catch bus number 202 or 203 towards Valletta. Get off at 'Rabato' which is the closest stop to Mdina. Once you are at Rabato, walk towards the Mdina Gate, which is the main entrance to the city. After entering the city, follow the signs to Pjazza Mesquita. It is a short walk, around 10 minutes from the gate. Pjazza Mesquita is located at 7 Triq Mesquita, L-Imdina.
Public Transport
Start from Qawra Main Street and find the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 202 or 203, which will take you to Mdina. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Mdina bus station, exit and walk towards the Mdina Gate. After passing through the gate, you will find Pjazza Mesquita approximately 10 minutes on foot. Look for signs directing you to Pjazza Mesquita located at 7 Triq Mesquita, L-Imdina.
Taxi
You can easily find a taxi in Qawra. Simply wait at a taxi stand or book one through a local app. Inform the driver that you want to go to Pjazza Mesquita at 7 Triq Mesquita in Mdina. The ride will take about 20 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off near the Mdina Gate. From there, it’s a short walk to Pjazza Mesquita, which should take around 10 minutes.
