Walk
From your location in Qawra, head towards the main road, Triq il-Luzzu. Walk south until you reach the intersection with Triq San Pawl. Turn left onto Triq San Pawl and continue walking until you reach the bus stop at the end of the street. This should take around 15-20 minutes.
Bus
At the bus stop, look for the bus route heading towards Rabat. You can take either bus number 41 or 42. The ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you want to go to 'Rabat' so he can alert you when you reach your stop.
Walk
Once you arrive in Rabat, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, head towards the direction of St. Paul's Cathedral, which you can see from the bus stop. Walk straight down Triq San Pawl till you reach the junction with Triq il-Bajjada. Turn right on Triq il-Bajjada and continue walking until you arrive at St. Paul's Catacombs, which will be on your left.
