From Qawra, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq il-Luzzu. Take the bus number 41 or 42 towards Mellieħa. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Mellieħa bus stop. From there, walk along Triq il-Mellieħa heading north until you reach Triq Tad-Dahar. The Red Tower will be on your left after a short walk along this road.

From there, head towards Triq il-Luzzu and walk to the bus terminal. Take bus number 41 or 42 as mentioned above, or continue walking along the coast road to Mellieħa, which will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow the same directions from the Mellieħa bus stop to reach The Red Tower.
