From Ramla Bay, head northwest on Triq il-Bajja towards Triq Ramla. Continue straight for about 3.5 km until you reach the intersection with Triq il-Knisja. Turn right onto Triq il-Knisja and continue for another 1.5 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq Tal-Brolli. After about 1 km, keep left to continue on Triq San Publiju. The Joseph Scicluna Monument will be on your right at VGV4+G63 Publiju, Floriana. Parking is available nearby but may incur fees depending on the time of day.

Public Transportation
From Ramla Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of Triq il-Bajja and Triq Ramla. Take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Floriana bus terminal. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk: exit the terminal, head southwest towards Triq il-Knisja, turn right and continue until you reach Triq San Publiju. The Joseph Scicluna Monument is located at VGV4+G63 Publiju, Floriana. Please check for bus tickets as they may incur a small fee.

If you prefer to walk from Ramla Bay, it is approximately a 5 km stroll to the Joseph Scicluna Monument. Start by heading northwest on Triq il-Bajja towards Triq Ramla. Continue straight on Triq il-Knisja, and follow the signs towards Floriana. This route will take you through some beautiful areas and can take about 1 hour. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Once you reach VGV4+G63 Publiju, the monument will be on your right.
