From Ramla Bay, head north on Triq il-Lanċa towards Triq Ramla. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq il-Qsajjem, driving for about 1 km. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Maddalena. Follow this road for approximately 3 km, and then turn left onto Triq Sant'Elija. Continue straight for another 2 km until you reach the next roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq il-Kbira and follow the signs towards Valletta. You will see the Paul Boffa Monument on your right as you approach the city center. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that some areas may have parking fees.

From Ramla Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq il-Qsajjem. Catch Bus 81 or Bus 82 towards Valletta. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Disembark at the Valletta Bus Terminal.
