Follow the promenade until you reach the end, where you will find the Valletta ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Valletta, which takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta ferry terminal, exit the terminal and walk straight. Continue until you reach the entrance of the Barrakka Lift, which is located at Lascaris.
