Walking
Start at the Sliema Ferries terminal. Head towards the promenade along the sea and continue walking in the direction of Valletta (north). Follow the promenade until you reach the end, where you will find the Valletta ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Valletta, which takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta ferry terminal, exit the terminal and walk straight. Continue until you reach the entrance of the Barrakka Lift, which is located at Lascaris.

From any bus stop in Sliema, take the bus towards Valletta. You can check the local bus schedule for the most suitable route. The bus journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the Valletta bus terminus, exit the bus and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs to the Barrakka Lift, which is located at Lascaris, just a short walk from the bus terminus.

If you prefer a more direct route, consider using a taxi or rideshare service. Simply request a ride to "Lascaris, Valletta." The journey will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. The drop-off point will be very close to the entrance of the Barrakka Lift.
