Ferry

After disembarking the ferry at Valletta, walk straight along the main road (Triq il-Lanca) until you reach the main square, Pjazza Teatru Rjal. From there, turn left onto Triq ir-Repubblika, which is one of the main streets. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Republic Street (Triq ir-Repubblika). Casa Rocca Piccola is located at 74 Republic Street, on your right. It is a short walk from the square, and you should see the entrance easily.
Public Bus
Alternatively, you can take a public bus from Sliema to Valletta. Head to the nearest bus stop on the main road (Triq Manwel Dimech) and look for buses heading towards Valletta (routes 13, 14, 16, 19, or 21). The bus ride takes around 30 minutes.
