Walking
If you are in Sliema, start by heading towards the Sliema Ferries area, which is a well-known spot. From there, follow the coastline along the promenade until you reach the Tigne Point shopping complex. Continue straight along the promenade until you reach the end, where you will see signs directing you to the Valletta ferry. Take the ferry across to Valletta, which takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive in Valletta, walk towards the City Gate, then head south towards the waterfront. From there, you can catch a bus or walk to Birgu. If you choose to walk, continue along the waterfront, following the signs to Birgu. The Malta at War Museum is located at Couvre Porte Counterguard on Triq it-8 ta' Dicembru in Birgu.
