Walking
Start at the Sliema Ferries, where you can see the ferry terminal. From the terminal, head towards the main promenade (the seafront). Walk along the promenade, enjoying the sea views. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the promenade, where you will see the Tigne Point shopping complex on your left. Keep walking straight ahead, and you will come to the main road. Cross the road and continue towards the direction of Valletta. You can follow signs or simply ask locals for directions to Valletta. Once you reach Valletta, head towards the waterfront area. St. Elmo Bridge is located near the entrance to Fort St. Elmo, which you will see on your left. The bridge will be clearly visible from the waterfront area.

From Sliema, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for buses heading towards Valletta. You can take any bus that has Valletta as its destination. The most common lines are 13, 14, or 15. Once on the bus, stay on for about 15 minutes until you reach the Valletta bus terminal.
