Bus
From Sliema, head to the Sliema Ferries bus stop. You can take the bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop for Tarxien, which is near a church. From there, walk along Triq It Tempji Neolitici for about 10 minutes until you reach the Tarxien Temples. The site will be on your left.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from Sliema. Simply tell the driver you want to go to the Tarxien Temples located at Triq It Tempji Neolitici, Ħal Tarxien. The drive will take approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic.
Walking
If you are up for a longer walk, you can make your way to the Tarxien Temples on foot. Start from the Sliema Ferries promenade and head towards the direction of Valletta. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the Valletta bus terminal. From there, walk towards the direction of the Tarxien area, following signs or using a map application. It’s about a 40-minute walk, so wear comfortable shoes!
