Start your journey at the Sliema Ferries terminal. From the terminal, head towards the seafront promenade along the coast. Walk along the promenade, taking in the views of the Mediterranean Sea on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the promenade near the Tigne Point Shopping Mall. At this point, turn right and head up towards the main road, which is 'George Borg Olivier Street'.

Once on 'George Borg Olivier Street', continue walking straight. You will pass several cafes, shops, and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing to 'St Julian's' as you walk. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the area known as Balluta Bay. The Balluta Buildings are located directly across the road from Balluta Bay. Look for the distinctive architecture of the buildings, which are situated at George Borg Olivier Street.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a bus from Sliema to St Julian's. Look for the bus stop near the Sliema Ferries terminal. Buses number 13, 14, and 16 frequently service this route. Board the bus and pay the fare using a prepaid card or cash. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Balluta' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the seafront and you will see the Balluta Buildings directly across the street.
