Start at the Zejtun Parish Church, located in the main square of Zejtun. From the church, head south down Triq il-Knisja, continuing straight until you reach the main road, Triq il-Linja. Turn left onto Triq il-Linja. Walk along this road until you see a bus stop on your right. Just past the bus stop, you will see a pedestrian path leading to Birżebbuġa. Follow this path, which will eventually lead you along the coast. Continue walking until you reach the Salt Pans at RGCJ+P28, Birżebbuġa. This journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your walking pace.

From Zejtun, head to the nearest bus stop, which is typically near the Zejtun Parish Church. Take Bus 81 or Bus 85 towards Birżebbuġa. The journey will last about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Birżebbuġa' stop. After exiting the bus, walk towards the coast, following signs to the Salt Pans at RGCJ+P28. The Salt Pans should be a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
