Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Valletta. From the South Eastern District, take the main road towards Marsa and then follow the signs for Valletta. Upon entering Valletta, look for parking options at the Triton Fountain area or near the City Gate. Please note that parking in Valletta can be limited and may incur fees of around €1.00 per hour. After parking, walk towards the City Gate, continue through Republic Street, and follow the signs to the Grandmaster Palace, which is located at VGX7+9GX.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus to Valletta from various locations in the South Eastern District. Look for routes 81, 82, or 133 which frequently service Valletta. The bus fare is around €1.50 for a single journey. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, exit and walk towards City Gate. From there, continue along Republic Street and follow the signs to the Grandmaster Palace, located at VGX7+9GX.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Valletta, simply walk towards the Grandmaster Palace. From the main square, head towards the City Gate and continue along Republic Street. The Grandmaster Palace is approximately a 10-minute walk from the City Gate, and a short distance from the Upper Barracca Gardens, another popular tourist attraction.
