From Valletta, take the route towards Birkirkara via the main road (Triq il-Kbira) and continue straight until you reach the roundabout in Birkirkara. Take the second exit onto Triq San Anton and continue on this road until you reach the Mosta area. Follow signs to 'Mosta Rotunda,' and you will find it at Rotunda Square, Mosta MST 2014.
