Car
If you are driving from Valletta, take the Vjal il-Labour and head towards the Marsa area. Follow signs for the A3 highway towards Mdina. Continue on the A3 until you reach the roundabout at Mosta, then take the second exit onto Triq il-Kanun (Route 1). Continue for approximately 10 minutes until you reach a second roundabout. Take the first exit onto Triq Tal-Prajjet. Follow this road until you arrive at Popeye Village, which will be on your right. Parking is available on-site for a fee of approximately €2.

Public Transportation
From Valletta, take bus number 41 or 42 towards Mellieħa. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the bus stop called 'Mellieħa (Mellieħa Bay)'. From there, it is about a 20-minute walk to Popeye Village. Head north on Triq il-Madonna tal-Grazzja, then turn left onto Triq Tal-Prajjet. Follow this road, and you will see Popeye Village on your left. Alternatively, you can take a local taxi from the bus stop to the Village for a cost of around €10.
