Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Rabat from any point in the South Eastern District. Use the main roads, following signs for Rabat. As you approach the town, look for signs directing you to 'Hal-Bajjada' or 'St Paul’s Catacombs'. There is parking available near the catacombs, but be aware that it may be limited during peak tourist hours. The exact address is Hal-Bajjada, Ir-Rabat. The journey may take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
Public Transportation
To reach St Paul’s Catacombs via public transport, take either bus number 51, 52, or 53 from Valletta or nearby towns in the South Eastern District. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Rabat' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the catacombs. Walk towards the direction of Hal-Bajjada, following the signs for 'St Paul’s Catacombs'. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for return trips, especially if visiting later in the day.
Taxi
