From Southern Harbour, start by driving towards Valletta. Follow the signs for Triq Sant'Elmo and continue onto the main road, Triq Santu Wistin. After approximately 5 km, take the exit toward St. Paul's Bay. Continue straight onto Triq il-Luzzu, which will lead you towards the coast. Follow the coastal road until you reach the parking area near the ferry terminal for St Paul's Islands. Parking may incur a fee, typically around 2-3 EUR for a few hours.

From any location in Southern Harbour, catch the bus to Valletta. Buses are frequent and you can take any bus heading in that direction (e.g., routes 81, 82, or 83). Once in Valletta, transfer to a bus heading to St. Paul's Bay (routes 41, 42, or 49). Get off at the stop near the ferry terminal. The bus fare is around 1.50 EUR for a single journey. After arriving at the ferry terminal, you will need to purchase a ticket for the ferry to St Paul's Islands, which costs approximately 10 EUR for a round trip.
