From anywhere in St. Julian's, head to the nearest bus stop, which is likely at Spinola Bay or Balluta Bay. Look for buses heading towards Valletta. You can take bus numbers 13, 14, or 16. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Valletta Terminus, which is the last stop. From there, walk towards the city gates of Valletta, then follow the main street named Republic Street. After about 10 minutes of walking, turn left onto Triq l-Isptar, and the Mediterranean Conference Centre will be on your right.
