From St. Julian's, head to the nearest bus stop, which is usually located along the main road (Triq Sant'Andrija). Look for the bus number 51, 52, or 53, which goes towards Valletta. Get on the bus and enjoy the ride. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at the 'Mdina' bus terminus. From the bus stop, walk straight along the main road (Mdina Road) for about 10-15 minutes until you see Palazz Vilhena on your left. It is located near the entrance of Mdina.
