From St. Julian's, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq Sant'Andrija. Catch bus number 41 or 42 towards Valletta. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Valletta bus station. From the bus station, walk towards the entrance of Valletta, and follow the signs leading to the main streets. Continue on Triq Ir-Repubblika, and take a right onto Triq San Gwann. St. John's Co-Cathedral will be on your left.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk from St. Julian's to Valletta. Start at Spinola Bay and head towards Balluta Bay. Continue along the coastal promenade until you reach the foot of the hill leading to Valletta. Follow the signs to Valletta, and ascend the hill. Once you reach the city gate, walk straight down Triq Ir-Repubblika, and take a right onto Triq San Gwann. St. John's Co-Cathedral will be on your left after a short walk.
