From St. Julian's, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Triq Sant'Andrija near the Intercontinental Hotel. Take bus number 202 towards Valletta. Stay on the bus for approximately 35 minutes. Get off at the stop marked 'Mdina'. From there, walk towards the entrance of Mdina and follow the signs to Triq San Pawl. The cathedral will be on your right after a short walk.

If you prefer to walk, head towards the coastal road (Triq il-Luzzu) and follow it towards the north. You will reach the outskirts of Mdina after about 1.5 hours of walking. Once you arrive at Mdina, enter through the main gate, and once inside, follow the signs to Triq San Pawl. The St. Paul's Cathedral is located at 2 Triq San Pawl, which is a short walk from the main gate.
