From the center of St. Julian's, head towards the main road (Triq Sant'Andrija). Walk along the road towards the direction of Sliema. Continue walking until you reach the promenade along the coastline. Follow the promenade towards Sliema, enjoying the sea views. After approximately 20 minutes, you will arrive at the Ferries in Sliema. From Sliema, you can catch a ferry to Valletta. Make sure to buy your ticket at the ticket booth before boarding the ferry. The ferry ride takes about 15 minutes and will take you directly to Valletta. Once you arrive at Valletta, exit the ferry terminal and walk towards the city center. Follow the signs to Victoria Gate, which is located in the eastern part of Valletta. You will need to navigate through the streets, and it should take around 10-15 minutes on foot from the ferry terminal to reach Victoria Gate.

From St. Julian's, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Triq Sant'Andrija. Catch the bus number 13 or 14 towards Valletta. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus terminal, exit the terminal and head towards the city center. Look for signs directing you to Victoria Gate. It is about a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal to Victoria Gate. You will navigate through the pedestrian streets, and the gate is located on the eastern side of the city.
