Walking
From the center of Tarxien, head northwest on Triq il-Wied towards Triq il-Kbira. When you reach the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq il-Kbira. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop at Triq il-Kbira. From there, catch the bus heading towards Valletta. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at the Valletta terminus. Once you are in Valletta, walk along Republic Street (Triq Repubblika) for about 10 minutes. Cafe Capitolino will be on your left-hand side.

Start at any point in Tarxien and walk to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 81, 82, or 85 from Tarxien to Valletta. The journey takes around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Valletta bus station, exit and walk towards Republic Street (Triq Repubblika). Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Cafe Capitolino on your left side, just before you reach the end of the street.
