Walking
From the center of Tarxien, head west along Triq il-Knisja. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Triq il-Mallia. Follow this road as it curves left and becomes Triq il-Kappillan. Keep walking straight, and you will eventually reach the outskirts of Tarxien. Continue until you see the signs for Dingli. As you approach Dingli, you may begin to see the cart ruts in the distance. Follow the signs for V92P+JR6, and you should arrive at the cart ruts shortly.
Public Transport
From Tarxien, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Knisja, which is located near the main square. Take bus number 201 towards Dingli. The journey should take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Dingli, get off at the 'Dingli' bus stop. From there, walk towards V92P+JR6, where you will find the cart ruts. Follow the road signs that direct you to the tourist attraction.
