    Walking

    From the center of Tarxien, head northwest on Triq il-Kbira towards Triq il-Lewza. Continue straight onto Triq il-Kbira for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Triq il-Madonna tal-Grazzja. Follow this road for around 1.5 kilometers until you reach another roundabout. Take the second exit onto Triq il-Batterija. Continue on this road, and you will see Fort Rinella on your left side after approximately 600 meters.

    From Tarxien, walk to the nearest bus stop on Triq il-Kbira (bus stop name: 'Tarxien'). Take bus number 81 or 82 towards Valletta. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Kalkara' bus stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk. Head northeast on Triq il-Madonna tal-Grazzja and then take a left onto Triq il-Batterija. Fort Rinella will be on your left after approximately 600 meters.
